Everyone knows that sport and exercise is really good and obviously will help with weight loss, so as part of the My Big Fat Diet articles we decided that we would search out and go and actually do a different sport each month. So far we have been to Ceroc and found the twirling fun but not for us, and we also went power walking around a lovely lake quite recently (both articles can be found by searching for Ceroc, and power walking) which was fabulous at the time, but the day after I had to wear flat shoes as my calves were rather tender!

We are also considering going and participating in the following: Aerobics, Spinning, Golf, and Tennis, plus a long list of other activities which we wrote out when we began planning My Big Fat Diet ages ago.

What we’d like to know is what other sports do you think we should have a go at? Any ideas or suggestions would be brilliant, and in the meantime we will be writing about our adventures and rating them for fun and atmosphere and also for calorie burning.
